Meet our people
I joined NATS in August 2012. Working in the Human Resources Team, my job is to manage all of the recruitment across the business, including specialist roles such as the Trainee Air Traffic Controllers and the Early Careers schemes, as well as all Corporate and International hires.
What I love about my role is the variety that it brings. I get to work with such a wide range of people across NATS and the skill set that my team and I recruit for is vast, so there is always something new to learn.
My role gives me the autonomy to work strategically and tactically with the business to help them think differently about recruiting and finding future talent. It can be stressful, as dealing with so many stakeholders means that I have to balance their priorities against those of my team and other business areas, but it is also immense fun and great to be at the forefront of finding new talent and future leaders for NATS.
NATS is a company going through a lot of change, so whilst that can be difficult it is also good to be part of that change and part of the company moving towards an exciting commercial and sustainable future.
