NATS Managing Director Martin Rolfe said: As Operations Director Swanwick, Juliet’s key accountabilities will include ensuring the day to day safety, service quality, effectiveness and efficiency of the air traffic service provided at the Swanwick Centre, as well as the Western Radar operation.

“In addition, Juliet will be accountable for the Swanwick site and ensuring that it is a safe, secure and resilient environment.”

“Her operational experience at the country’s busiest airports will help ensure Swanwick continues to deliver the exceptional and safe service our customers expect and require.”

Simon Hocquard, previously Operations Director Swanwick, has become Operations Strategy and Deployment Director.

Mike Stoller has left his role as Engineering and Programmes Director to become Operations Director Airports.

Paul Reid, Managing Director NATS Services, said: “Mike brings with him a wealth of operational experience and a track record of delivering successful infrastructure developments within NATS, gained in his role as Engineering and Programmes Director.

“This is an exciting time for the Airports service line. International markets are beginning to open up with a successful joint venture in Spain under ferroNATS and the NATS brand becoming established in regions such as the Middle East.

“At home the challenge remains to maintain successful UK ATC contracts that deliver value to customers while maintaining the excellence in service delivery that they have come to expect.  Innovative solutions will need to play an increasingly important part in maintaining our pre-eminent market position in the future.”
