Refund policy
Where the Client wishes to be refunded for payment made by electronic transfer, and through such request NATS confirm it has not preceded with any activity of the required Services, it shall agree to immediately terminate this Contract in accordance with Clause 10 herein and proceed to refund, in full, the monies originally paid by the Client.
