CAA publication of initial proposals for NR23 (2023 – 2027)

The Civil Aviation Authority (“CAA”) has today published its initial proposals for the next price control review (“NR23”) for NATS (En Route) plc. NR23 covers the period 2023 to 2027. We will be reviewing these initial proposals and will respond to the CAA within their consultation timescales, being no later than 13 December 2022.
