Advancing aviation from concept to implementation

Research & development

We have a strong track record of research and development (R&D) and taking ideas from concept to implementation. From early uses of satellite-based aircraft tracking to the introduction of iFACTS, an innovative set of tools to help controllers safely manage growing volumes of traffic, we are committed to developing and implementing innovative solutions that deliver benefits to our customers.

We are a proud member of SESAR (the Single European Sky ATM Research programme) and are committed to working with partners to improve the service we offer our customers and help deliver the vision of a Single European Sky.
