NATS supports ESSP, EGNOS service provider at CANSO World ATM Congress

NATS CEO Martin Rolfe stood alongside his fellow Chief Executives from the ANSPs owners of ESSP in a show of support to the company that has managed the provision of EGNOS since its safety of life service was made available in 2011.
EGNOS enhances GPS satellite signals allowing equipped aircrafts’ positions to be determined around one metre, meaning efficient procedures into airports can be flown without expensive ground passed equipment.
