Airlines input ideas to Operational Contingency lessons learned

Following the systems failure at Swanwick on 7th December, technical changes have been put in place to avoid re-occurrence.

In addition, NATS has started work with the Airlines through the Operational Partnership Agreement to deliver pre-planned offload scenarios that can be readily enacted by airlines and offer additional contingency. In addition the workshops will address improved tactical communications in disruption.
